Adam Brostowicz, Founder and Principal Shareholder
Adam has been a metalworking professional throughout the Americas and Europe since 1990. Prior to founding Falcon in 1998, Adam was the top salesperson for Bencyn Lubricants. He attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Eric Leander, President
Eric joined Leander Lubricants in 2008 where he managed company operations and sales. In 2010, Leander Lubricants merged operations with Falcon Industrial, Inc. Since then, Eric successfully oversaw Falcon’s acquisition of Benchmark Fluids and managed the production, sales and distribution operations of our St. Louis, MO plant. In 2014 he took over the role as president at our corporate offices in Milwaukee.
Eric has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from Regis University and a Masters of Business Administration from St. Louis University.
Donald Benedyk, Technical Director and Principal Shareholder
Don has 40 years of industry experience and is a leader in metalworking R&D. Don has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Science in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He served as the Technical Director for Fuchs Lubricants and the Vice President of Research for 2V Industries before founding Bencyn Lubricants in 1989. As President of Bencyn, he led his team to $25 Million in annual sales and sold the company in 2000 to Houghton International.
Jolene Arnold – Customer Service Manager
Jolene Arnold started with Falcon in August 2013 after working in the field of education. She has taught English in Spain and China. In the Milwaukee community, she has coordinated competitive youth robotics teams and events.
Jolene holds a Bachelor’s in Spanish from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a Master’s in Library Studies from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
