Falcon Industrial, Inc. and Benchmark Fluids officially announced their merger early Friday, March 29th after board members approved the deal late Wednesday. The combined company will have over 500 customers throughout North America and Asia. When asked about the merger, the president of Falcon Industrial, Don Benedyk stated “We are very excited about this merger as it will strengthen our sales base throughout the Midwest and introduce several unique technologies to our product portfolio.”
Falcon Industrial and Benchmark Fluids are industrial chemical companies that develop and manufacturer metalworking fluids, industrial lubricants, and surface technologies for metalworking industries. Falcon Industrial is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI and Benchmark Fluids is headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
